The site is located on a fairly steep-sloped terrain with a magnificent view over the valley and the town of Bad Wildbad (Northern Black Forest). The task was to develop a comprehensive development and design strategy for the entire site, which will define the foundation for the future development of the entire project and support the marketing of individual properties.

Moreover, the various existing and new buildings should be combined into an overall architectural image and development concept, which also finds solutions for the challenging topography. The aim is to find a contemporary design language, which not only links to the rich cultural history of Bad Wildbad but also develops it further.
