I love dirt!

This year's workshop examined the term "dirt" from a philosophical, social and spatial perspective.

Sensitive topics such as formal vs. informal developments, social and political standards, design languages, planning guidelines, building materials, authenticity and heritage were part of the group research. The workshop oscillated between personal engagement, spatial experiments and interventions, group exercises and broader community events. It was expected to take place in real urban realm. The intervention area was located along the lower part of Naugarduko Street. It was a workshop that required the students to get their hands dirty, to develop ideas on a 1: 1 scale and ultimately to implement them. In the end, a great organically growing exhibition was created in an old tailor's shop.
